Qualifications

• Knowledge of procurement theories, laws and policies.
• Experience in procurement planning and contract administration with complex RFPs/IFBs/RFQs.
• Equivalency path: master’s degree plus 2 years or JD plus 1 year.
• CPPB designation and 5 years of relevant public procurement experience.

Responsibilities
