Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or JD with procurement focus strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and develop highly complex procurement contracts for city agencies.
• Lead professional procurement staff; no full supervisory duties.
• Handle procurement planning, solicitation preparation, negotiation and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with RFPs/IFBs/RFIs/RFQs and related regulations.
