Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic procurement and lead direction is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bidding processes, RFPs and procurement regulations.
• Ability to develop clear specifications and evaluate competing proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex formal and informal bids and Requests for Proposals; procure materials, services, equipment, and projects.
• Develop and review specifications; conduct bid and proposal openings; analyze proposals and prepare evaluation reports.
• Provide lead direction to Procurement Specialists and support staff on complex procurement requirements.
