Qualifications

• 2–4 years in financial services with client exposure.
• Solid knowledge of capital markets applied to clients.
• Experience in public finance is a plus and preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Collaborates with diverse internal/external stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with initiative and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support regional account management as a key contact for relationships, fees, and service delivery.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for assigned customers under manager guidance.
• Apply public finance knowledge to client interactions, fee discussions, and meetings.
• Coordinate with external parties to resolve data, billing, and invoicing inquiries.
• Support fee negotiations and term arrangements while maintaining satisfaction.
• Prepare and participate in customer meetings, sourcing relevant materials.
• Assist management on regional activities and coordination with other teams.
• Respond to customer queries with high standards of service.
• Maintain accurate customer agreements and fee information in systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Sales Operations, Billing, and Collections to resolve inquiries.
• Travel domestically ~20% to support customer needs.
