Job summary

You will develop effective sourcing methods for physicians, advanced practitioners, and locum tenens, and collaborate with marketing to optimize digital recruiting assets and careers sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and participates in day-to-day recruitment of provider openings network-wide.

• Shapes digital recruitment assets and Careers site content.
• Develops pipelines for Advanced Practitioners, Physicians, and locum tenens.
• Supports site visits, candidate itineraries, and stakeholder presentations.
• Builds external partnerships with communities and vendors.
