St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Provider Scheduling Specialist to develop and manage provider schedules across a portfolio of providers.

You will analyze schedules using scheduling tools to maximize efficiency while meeting divisional goals. You will collaborate with providers, managers, and leaders to minimize service gaps, support onboarding of new providers, and ensure schedules align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business administration, or closely related field.
• Associate degree in health care administration or business administration with 1–3 years scheduling experience accepted.
• High school diploma with 1 year of workforce scheduling experience plus healthcare exposure considered.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain provider schedules aligned with forecasted needs and priorities.
• Serve as primary contact for scheduling inquiries.
• Analyze data and adjust schedules to optimize resource use and reduce gaps.
