Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Medical Network Provider Relations Manager to build and strengthen provider relationships across Charlotte, Denver, and NYC markets. The role focuses on provider satisfaction, contract compliance, and issue resolution, serving as the primary liaison among network partners.

You will collaborate with Network Development, Contracting, Claims, Operations, and Client Services to drive network performance and strategic growth initiatives, while delivering provider education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Management).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in provider relations or healthcare operations.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare provider networks and credentialing processes.
• Experience with contracting and reimbursement methodologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM or provider management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, physician groups, hospitals, and network partners.
• Serve as primary liaison for operational, contractual, and service-related provider matters.
• Conduct provider outreach, meetings, and educational sessions to promote engagement.
• Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with Contracting and Network Development teams on network gaps and expansion.
