Judi Health, a health technology company, is expanding its provider network onboarding and integration capabilities from New York, Denver, and Charlotte. The Senior Lead will bridge providers, technology teams, and operations to ensure seamless connectivity and effective network enablement within a unified platform.

The role focuses on onboarding and integrating national and regional networks, DPCs, and COEs, driving coordinated go-live activities, and maintaining secure, scalable integrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, information systems, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare network or managed care space, preferably within a TPA, payer, or network organization.
• Familiarity with healthcare data exchange standards (EDI transactions such as 837, 835, 270/271, 278).
• Experience with API-based integrations and file-based data exchange mechanisms.

Responsabilités

• Lead onboarding of national and regional networks and DPCs/COEs as part of TPA growth strategy.
• Balance strategic and tactical priorities with a big-picture focus.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure readiness.
• Ensure network configurations align with client goals and requirements.
• Design and oversee integration of network services into TPA ecosystems using API and file-based approaches.
• Enable core transactions between Judi Health and the network (claims, eligibility, prior authorization, data exchange).
• Collaborate with technology to ensure secure, scalable integrations and proper access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to minimize disruption.
• Support go-live testing, validation, and transition to steady-state operations.
• Serve as SME for network integration during onboarding and implementations.
