Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers and network partners.
• Serve as primary liaison for operational, contractual, and service-related matters.
• Conduct provider outreach, meetings, and educational sessions to promote engagement.
• Monitor provider performance and address satisfaction trends.
• Collaborate with Claims, Contracting, Credentialing, and Operations teams.
• Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
