Job summary

Thyme Care is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support and grow relationships with our strategic oncology provider partners at the intersection of operations and commercial strategy.

You will help implement in-clinic pilots, support day-to-day partner operations, and drive engagement across key accounts, ensuring successful initiatives and measurable results.

The role requires 3–7+ years in healthcare or related field, strong PM and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Operations Specialist to

support and grow relationships with a select group of Thyme Care’s most strategic oncology

provider partners. This role sits at the intersection of operations and commercial strategy,

helping to execute in-clinic pilots, support day-to-day partner operations, and deepen

engagement across key accounts.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring successful implementation of initiatives, driving

partner satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to expand and strengthen our partnerships.

  • Support the execution of in-clinic pilots and interventions with strategic oncology partners
  • Provide ongoing operational support to ensure seamless collaboration between Thyme Care and provider teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders within partner organizations
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for select accounts, ensuring responsiveness and alignment
  • Identify opportunities to enhance partner engagement and expand collaboration
  • Track, manage, and report on key initiatives, timelines, and outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (clinical, operations, growth, and product) to support partner needs
  • Help translate insights from the field into actionable recommendations for scaling programs
  • Support all Commercial JV efforts operationally, ensuring alignment, coordination, and execution across joint initiatives
WHAT YOU’VE DONE
  • 3–7+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, operations, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to work with external partners
  • Understanding of Value-Based Care models and healthcare delivery systems
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel periodically (TX, TN, FL)

  • Experience working with oncology practices, health systems, or provider organizations
  • Exposure to care delivery models, population health, or payer-provider collaborations

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $126,000 - $140,000._._ The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level.
