Job summary

You will educate providers, analyze reports, identify improvement opportunities, and drive regional strategies with cross-functional teams to enhance care quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and an ability to translate data into actionable plans while supporting PacificSource’s goals and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, health care administration, finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in Project Management preferred.
• Knowledge of coding methodologies and health care industry guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initiatives from partner opportunities across business lines.
• Provide training, coaching and high-touch support to network providers and staff.
• Collaborate with departments to deploy initiatives and streamline workflows.
