PacificSource seeks a strategic leader to oversee complex provider partnerships, driving operational efficiency, cost control, and better health outcomes. You’ll collaborate with physicians, executives, and other leaders to educate providers, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities aligned with PacificSource’s goals.

Travel may be required as you build relationships, manage contracts, and coordinate with Pharmacy, IT, Analytics, and Population Health teams to advance JOC initiatives

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the health insurance industry or provider partnerships.
• BA or BS in business, health care administration, finance, or equivalent work experience desired.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and public speaking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Oversee initiatives and projects from identified opportunities across lines of business.
• Provide training and high-touch support to network providers and staff for improvement activities.
