Job summary

PacificSource is seeking a Provider Partnership Strategist in Salem, OR to oversee strategic partnerships with designated providers. You will collaborate across departments to implement initiatives that improve efficiency, cost, quality and health outcomes for members.

The role requires strong relationship-building, data analysis, and education of providers on products, policies, and compliance. Expect travel around 25–50% and engagement with multiple work streams to drive regional strategies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the health insurance industry or provider organization.
• Experience managing complex projects, contracts, and processes.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing initiatives and projects from partner opportunities with cross-line engagement.
• Provide training and high-touch support to network providers and staff for improvement activities.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to deploy aligned initiatives and improve workflows for provider satisfaction.
• Track project progress, manage schedules and milestones, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide contracting auditing support and liaison with internal departments on processes.
• Educate providers on PacificSource products, procedures, compliance requirements.
• Advance JOC initiatives with Provider Network and leadership across work streams.
• Present data and deliver provider reporting packages; identify trends and action steps.
