Job summary

Memorial Home Services is seeking a Manager of Medical Group Contracts and Immigration to lead provider employment contracting and immigration sponsorship efforts. You will collaborate with legal, HR, recruitment, medical staff services, and operations to ensure timely execution of provider agreements and visa processes.

The role requires strong project management, regulatory knowledge, and experience in healthcare contracting, with a focus on immigration compliance and workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Master's degree preferred or related advanced degree.
• Experience with physician contracting and immigration management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, review, and administration of physician and APP employment agreements.
• Coordinate contract approvals with legal counsel, executives, and stakeholders.
• Track contract terms, renewals, compensation provisions, and termination requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and fair market value requirements.
• Maintain contract management databases and document repositories.
• Partner with legal to develop contract policies and templates.
• Oversee immigration sponsorship programs (H-1B, J-1 waivers, permanent residency).
• Coordinate immigration timelines, filings, and provider documentation.
• Monitor visa expirations and renewals; ensure compliance with regulations.
