Humana Inc seeks a Provider Contracting Executive to develop, negotiate, implement, and manage provider network agreements across Georgia. You will build strong relationships with hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other providers to support Humana's Medicare Advantage and Medicaid network strategy, affordability, quality, and member access.

You will lead complex contract negotiations, evaluate provider performance, and collaborate with internal partners across network management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in provider contracting and network administration in a healthcare setting.
• 2+ years supporting providers in value-based arrangements.
• Knowledge of provider reimbursement methodologies, including fee-for-service and value-based models.
• Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Experience presenting to Senior leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Lead provider contracting activity for Georgia markets and provider types.
• Negotiate and execute provider agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician groups, and other providers.
• Analyze market conditions, provider performance, and reimbursement models to inform strategy.
• Ensure contracts support affordability, quality, network adequacy, and member access objectives.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, network operations, and clinical leadership.
