Humana Inc. seeks a Provider Contracting Executive to initiate, negotiate and execute physician, hospital and other provider contracts for the Alabama Market.

You will manage contract terms, payment structures and reimbursement rates, while analyzing financial impact and maintaining documentation. You will serve as the primary provider contact, identify network needs, recruit providers and advise executives on strategic actions, exercising independent judgment with minimal supervision.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive network management experience in a healthcare company.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Extensive provider contracting skills, including contract negotiation, preparation and implementation, financial analysis and rate proposal development.
• Must live within the region with the ability and willingness to travel to providers up to 20% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Will serve as the primary contact with providers, communicating contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates.
• Analyze financial impact of contracts and terms; maintain contracts and documentation.
• Identify and recruit providers based on network needs; advise executives on strategies and actions.
