Humana Inc. in Alabama is seeking a Provider Contracting Executive to initiate, negotiate, and execute contracts with physicians, hospitals, and other providers in the Alabama Market.

You will serve as a primary contact for providers, analyze financial terms, and identify network opportunities while traveling up to 20% and working remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive network management experience and network administration in a healthcare company.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• Extensive provider contracting skills, including contract negotiation, preparation and implementation, financial analysis and rate proposal development.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and reside in Alabama region.

Responsabilités

• Initiate, negotiate, and execute physician, hospital, and other provider contracts for Humana's Alabama Market.
• Serve as primary point of contact with providers and communicate contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates.
• Analyze financial impact of contracts and terms; maintain contracts and documentation in tracking system.
• Identify and recruit providers based on network needs; advise executives on strategy; exercise independent judgment on complex issues.
