The position emphasizes maintaining CRM integrity, producing prospect research briefs, and supporting fundraising campaigns while enabling donor engagement across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree may substitute for the required experience.
• Experience in nonprofit or higher education and fundraising is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform donor prospect research and maintain donor project records to identify likely major and annual gift prospects.
• Create research briefs for fundraisers and campus leadership.
• Generate philanthropy reports from CRM and support administrative needs of University Advancement.
