Job summary

LabConnect is seeking a seasoned Proposal Manager to oversee the clinical study quote submission process and mentor the Proposal Management team. This role requires strong budgeting skills and the ability to guide pricing decisions aligned with company goals.

You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, monitor pricing practices, and participate in strategy reviews to improve bid quality and timeliness. Remote work with minimal travel is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, business, or marketing related discipline.
• 5 years customer service or related experience.
• Minimum of 1 or more years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in a contract research and/or research setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical study quote submission process and timelines.
• Provide mentoring, guidance, and training to Proposal Management team members.
• Perform a quality and financial review of quotations using pricing tools.
• Make pricing recommendations to align quotes with financial goals.
• Participate in strategy and budget review calls.
• Assist in monitoring pricing practices for accuracy and relevance.
• Make strategic recommendations on desirable proposals.
