Job summary

Mirion is seeking a proactive Proposal Manager to lead complex technical commercial proposals across Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Finance.

You will draft, coordinate, and finalize proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal processes, while guiding cross-functional teams to timely, high-quality submissions.

Applicants should have 3+ years in proposal leadership, strong editing skills, expert Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, and experience with CRM/SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-value, deadline-driven proposal efforts from kickoff to submission.
• Strong editing, formatting, and compliance-checking skills for RFPs.
• Ability to absorb and retain technical product knowledge.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience with CRM and ERP/MRP systems (SalesForce, SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development from kickoff to on-time submission.
