Job summary

AGC Biologics in Bothell, WA is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead the development of customer proposals across our global network. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, gather information, write and edit content, and ensure on-time submissions while meeting funding agency requirements.

This role offers collaboration with Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance, with a hybrid work model (three days onsite) and competitive total rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Biotech, Molecular Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years’ relevant work experience, preferably from a CDMO.
• Project management skills to drive semi-complex proposals in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to gather information and format content.
• Ensure proposals meet funding agency requirements and deadlines.
• Mentor associate proposal managers on best practices.
• Track proposal outcomes and provide status updates to senior management.
