Job summary

Mace is seeking a proactive Proposal Manager to lead the end‑to‑end response process for client tenders. You will translate win strategies into compelling content, coordinate multi‑discipline teams, and manage timelines to deliver high‑quality proposals.

The role rewards strong writing, stakeholder engagement, and hands‑on production of media and digital content. A degree in a relevant field and at least five years in proposal work are preferred; hybrid working options are available.

Qualifications

Experience in proposal management in professional services.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written English with editing and proofreading.
Proven ability to tailor responses to client requirements and bid strategies.
Experience creating media and content, including storyboarding.
Experience developing content for microsites and digital proposal platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Guides stakeholders in the analysis of client goals, drivers and ambitions, and market data.
Facilitates workshops to develop a compelling proposition.
Works with Marketing and Communications to develop external messaging and account-based marketing.
Analyzes tender documentation to support relevant priorities and processes.
Performs detailed client/project research to identify opportunities.
Owns the program, highlighting interdependencies and monitoring progress.
Leads internal and external progress meetings and coordinates with client/site teams.
Engages with external consultants/SMEs as needed.
Disseminates client tender responses and coordinates action in response.
Writes standard content/CVs/project profiles and ensures compliance.
Ensures reviews and sign-offs are achieved.
