Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects with multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written English, editing and proofreading content for accuracy and quality.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including technical, business, marketing and suppliers.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal program and meetings, tracking progress and deadlines.
• Review tender documentation to align with priorities and branding.
• Draft, edit and format responses to ensure compliant, compelling content.
• Lead on content creation and dissemination to clients and internal teams.
