Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems, a North American leader in sustainable design and custom air treatment, seeks a Proposal Coordinator to drive bid coordination and quote preparation. You will own CRM records and ensure accurate data while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, Planning, and Finance.

This role handles order entry, release planning, and change management, linking documents in CRM with ERP records, and supporting storage, shipping, and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 2+ years in proposal or bid coordination.
• Ability to read project scopes and drawings.
• Hands-on CRM and ERP experience with Excel/Office.
• Strong organizational skills and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RFP activity and bid deadlines.
• Assist with equipment selections and pricing; prepare quotes.
• Organize project documents to trace opportunity history.
• Own accurate CRM entry for accounts, projects, quotes.
• Log and manage change orders and ERP sales orders.
• Coordinate storage, shipping, and invoicing adjustments.
