Job summary

THF CPAs is seeking a Proposal & Business Development Coordinator for our Tallahassee, FL office. You will lead writing, editing, and production of proposals, coordinating with leadership, marketing, and SMEs to communicate the firm’s qualifications and value.

You will ensure compliance, timely delivery, and persuasive content while supporting business development efforts. This is an in-person role with multiple concurrent submissions and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
• Experience with technical writing or marketing communications; coursework may substitute for experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Outstanding grammar, editing, proofreading, and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Creative thinker with ability to present technical information engagingly.
• MS Office Suite proficiency; Canva, Adobe tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, writing, editing, and production of proposals, RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and SOQs.
• Analyze solicitation requirements for full compliance with guidelines.
• Develop proposal outlines, schedules, and content plans to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate proposal efforts with shareholders, department leaders, and SMEs.
• Write executive summaries, cover letters, project descriptions, resumes, narratives, and qualifications.
• Tailor content to client needs and evaluation criteria.
• Ensure messaging, branding, formatting, and style consistency across documents.
• Manage multiple proposals simultaneously with high quality.
• Provide BD support including presentations and research on prospective clients.
