Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Proposal Management professional to lead PBM proposals, formatting responses, coordinating strategy calls, and tailoring client content for compelling bids. You will manage timelines, engage SME inputs, and ensure accurate, polished documents that meet deadlines and internal standards.

The role supports both new business and renewals in a fast-paced environment, requiring 0–2 years’ experience, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to coordinate

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional job experience.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completion.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Health Care, Business, or other relevant fields.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Format proposals to meet internal marketing specifications.
• Respond to RFP questions using a database of internal SME content.
• Organize, attend, and lead strategy calls with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Customize and modify responses to create client-specific content.
• Create timelines and ensure RFP milestones are met by involved individuals.
• Prepare and review final documents and submit in accordance with client deadlines.
• Proactively take action on assigned projects and maintain quality and accuracy.
• Develop PBM knowledge including sales strategies and company offerings.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
