Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Proposal Management professional to develop and execute proposals for PBM and related services. You will coordinate content from cross-functional teams, customize responses for clients, and manage timelines and milestones to ensure timely submissions.

The role emphasizes fast-paced, deadline-driven work with attention to detail and strong communication across levels of the organization. Bachelor’s degree preferred and 0–2 years of related experience is common.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of professional job experience.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completion.

Responsibilities

• Formatting proposals to meet internal marketing specifications
• Responding to RFP questions using a database of internal Subject Matter Expert reviewed content
• Organizing, attending, and leading strategy calls with key stakeholders across the organization
• Customizing and modifying responses to create client-specific content
• Creating timelines and ensuring RFP milestones are met by all involved individuals in a timely manner
• Preparing and reviewing final documents and submitting in accordance with client driven deadlines.
