CVS Health is seeking aStrategic Proposal Manager to own the PBM proposals process, coordinating across teams to format responses, answer client questions, and meet deadlines. You will lead strategy calls, tailor content for clients, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires up to 2 years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to organize complex proposals from start to finish.

Qualifikationen

• 0-2 years of professional job experience.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products in a professional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completion.

Aufgaben

• Format proposals to meet internal marketing specifications.
• Respond to RFP questions using a database of internal Subject Matter Expert reviewed content.
• Organize, attend, and lead strategy calls with key stakeholders across the organization.
• Customize and modify responses to create client-specific content.
• Create timelines and ensure RFP milestones are met by all involved individuals.
