Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Strategic Proposal Manager to drive the PBM proposal process from kickoff to submission. You will format proposals, coordinate with internal SMEs, and lead strategy calls with stakeholders across the organization.

In this fast-paced role, you will customize responses for each client, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality. A bachelor’s degree and proficiency with Microsoft Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Health Care or Business.
• Experience coordinating proposals and projects with internal teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Format proposals to meet internal marketing specifications.
• Respond to RFP questions using SME content.
• Lead strategy calls with key stakeholders across CVS Health.
• Customize content for client-specific proposals.
