KPI Solutions in Missouri is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed schedules for proposals, coordinating with Business Development, Estimating, Engineering, and Operations to ensure realistic bid timelines and resource planning.

The role emphasizes identifying schedule risks, validating timelines, and aligning with PMO standards. You will support cash flow projections and transition from bid to execution, using CPM, WBS, and advanced Excel skills to drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project scheduling, project controls, estimating support, or project planning experience.
• Experience supporting proposals, bids, capital projects, engineering projects, or EPC projects.
• Experience developing schedules during project initiation, proposal, or estimating phases.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed proposal schedules for new business opportunities.
• Create project execution schedules based on scope, estimates, historical performance data, and resource availability.
• Establish project milestones, critical path activities, and major deliverables.
• Perform CPM analysis on proposal schedules and identify risks, constraints, assumptions, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Operations to determine sequencing and durations for bids.
• Support transition of approved proposal schedules into execution schedules and document assumptions.
