Job summary

HDR is seeking a Proposal Manager in Washington state to lead pursuit efforts, craft winning strategies, and manage proposal/interview materials. You'll work with cross-functional teams, coordinate with graphic designers, and ensure timely delivery of quality marketing deliverables.

The role requires at least 5 years in the industry, strong writing, and ability to travel for onsite meetings across Washington locations including Everett.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person.
• Experience in sales and developing effective win strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit teams in creating and implementing win strategies.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules and confirm compliance.
• Lead marketing/proposal efforts for pursuits, including crafting winning strategies and preparing proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with technical staff to write and tailor pursuit qualification materials.
