The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in graphics design or related field and have at least four years of experience, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and AI‑assisted design tools. This staff role emphasizes collaboration and brand guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphics design, fine arts, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of experience in graphics design, web development, print and electronic media, marketing, or related design field.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizes and implements creative work, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provides art direction and strategic management of various projects, including proposal development efforts and office initiatives.
• Designs graphic communications for various platforms, including digital, print, and web.
• Identifies and implements AI‑assisted tools to increase workflow efficiency and expand creative boundaries.
• Manages production schedules and documentation to ensure timely delivery and quality.
