Job summary

Graham Packaging seeks a Proposal Engineer at the York, PA Technical Center to drive growth by delivering compelling technical solutions through all quoting phases. You will work with sales and engineering to assemble equipment, mold, tooling, and plant concepts for projects.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, project-quoting experience, and hands-on knowledge of production lines, tooling, and process optimization. This role is based in York, PA with full-time hours.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Systems).
• Experience in product development, operations, or mold and tooling development preferred.
• Packaging/industrial equipment design background helpful.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFQs for rigid plastic packaging and develop technical solutions.
• Gather operations, supply chain, and engineering information for proposals.
• Estimate project cost and pursue cost savings across the program.
