Job summary

NAC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Marketing and Content Specialist to translate project data and firm content into polished proposal documents that support pursuit strategy and growth objectives.

You will collaborate with the Director and Pursuit Studio staff to manage content from collection through final submission, maintain OpenAsset records, and contribute to AI-ready content management infrastructure while upholding editorial quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination or marketing content development.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Salesforce and Microsoft Office; OpenAsset experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with pursuit teams to produce proposal documents and manage content collection.
• Contributes to full proposal lifecycle from initiation through final submission.
• Works with standardized templates and structured approach to fit client needs.
• Ensures content is organized, tagged, and accessible in OpenAsset.
• Supports awards submissions and interview preparation materials.
