Job summary

NAC Architecture is seeking a Marketing and Content Specialist for The Pursuit Studio in Columbus. You will translate project data and firm content into polished proposal documents to support pursuit strategy and firm growth.

You will manage content from collection to final submission, collaborating with writers, designers, and project teams. Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills are essential as you maintain content libraries and support AI-ready content management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination or marketing content development.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Salesforce and Microsoft Office; OpenAsset experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Proposal Champion, design production, and writers across pursuits.
• Produce proposal documents, manage content collection, and edit narratives and layouts.
• Format layouts and ensure timely submission per deadlines; support the full proposal lifecycle.
