Job summary

• Certified Public Accountant License is REQUIRED. Other professional accounting certifications or licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the company0s financial strategy in support of growth, profitability, acquisitions, and operational excellence.
• Lead end-to-end finance function: accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, payroll oversight, and financial systems.
• Oversee the annual audit process and maintain relationships with auditors, tax advisers, banks, insurers, and other external stakeholders.
• Establish robust reporting giving operational leaders visibility of financial performance by client, property, region, and service line.
