Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or communications.
• Strong written communication skills for non-technical audience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines without errors.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and data trackers; quick to learn new tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own daily, weekly, and monthly field communications for live and launching programs.
• Translate strategy into clear, field-ready messaging for the field.
• Manage active-program follow-ups and keep field prompts on schedule.
• Own weekly/monthly reporting using existing AI-artifact workflows and data checks.
• Maintain market-level statistics tracking for field behaviors roadmap and deals ops.
• Escalate risks early and propose solutions to keep programs on track.
• Keep status current and chase open items across nationally rolling-out programs.
