Qualifications

• 5-8+ years' of project management and field experience in data center or similar critical industries.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to complete projects on scope, budget, and timeline.
• PM certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal CRM system for your clients/region.
• Business Development with new and existing clients.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Predict resources and manage resources efficiently.
• Prepare budgets based on scope of work.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Track project costs to meet budget.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders on strategy and progress.
• Utilize best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust as needed.
• Measure project performance for improvement.
