Plummer Associates, Inc. seeks an Environmental Permitting Project Manager – Leader for Texas Services, located in one of our Texas offices including Corpus Christi.

This role includes leading the Environmental Services Organization for Texas and guiding strategic pursuits, quality projects, and client coordination. You will direct business development, project management, and compliance efforts across regulatory environments, mentoring staff and collaborating with leaders to deliver complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor- or post-graduate training in environmental sciences or related fields is required.
• Experience leading environmental permitting and regulatory projects across multiple agencies.
• Proven ability to manage scopes, budgets, and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth and client relationships in Texas for environmental permitting and natural systems projects.
• Manage project resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Deliver complex environmental regulatory tasks for projects.
• Develop new clients, create new opportunities, and win work that aligns with Plummer's growth strategy.
• Develop relationships with clients, regulators, and partners.
• Work across geographies to leverage staff for Texas-based projects.
• Active involvement in conferences and professional organizations.
