Job summary

You will collaborate with upper management, department heads, and team members to guide scope and direction to on-schedule outcomes. You will administer Church Mutual's project management methodology, processes, tools, and artifacts to support successful project completion and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Project management certificate or designation is preferred.
• Experience with project management methodology, best practices, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to project team.
• Facilitate initial and ongoing communication between department heads, project team members, and stakeholders.
• Assist in defining and refining project requirements and approaches.
• Develop multifunctional project management plans with scope, tasks, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Act as a liaison to manage financial, human, and technical resources to meet project goals.
• Manage resources, schedule, and budget; procure resources and assign responsibilities.
• Utilize project management software to report status, resource use, and budgets.
• Monitor progress against scope, milestones, and deadlines.
• Adhere to change control procedures and document decisions.
• Work with IT to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
• Champion PM methods and train team members in their value.
