Job summary

Church Mutual Insurance, S.I. in Merrill, Wisconsin seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead the direction, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with budget and deadlines.

You will partner with upper management and department heads, administer PM methodology, and drive risk management, reporting, and stakeholder communications to successful completion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in project management or 4–6 years in related roles with leadership experience.
• Experience with project management software.
• Experience with the system development life cycle is desired.
• Multi-department level project management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge/experience in project development and implementation, especially in insurance.
• Professional IT project management experience.
• Work in business process improvement and related change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and support to project team and establish project progression and evaluation.
• Facilitate communication between department heads, project team and stakeholders to identify risks and resolve issues.
• Assist in defining and refining project requirements and approaches.
• Develop multifunctional project management plans with scope, tasks, resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage resources, schedules, budgets, and procurement of needed resources.
• Provide status reporting, resource utilization, and budget information to management.
