Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical understanding of departmental operations.
• Build relationships with Process Sciences leadership and other departments to involve SMEs.
• Create tools and mechanisms to lead department operations and communicate status.
• Identify recurring problems and implement corrective processes.
• Provide administrative support for high-priority or emergency events.
