Job summary

Regeneron seeks a Project Specialist to join our Process Sciences team in East Greenbush, NY. You will support, and may lead, projects and monitor department operations, building a company-wide network to enable department objectives.

The role requires a BA/BS in science or engineering with 2–5 years of proven experience depending on level; travel is 5–10% domestically, with some international travel. On-site work is common as stated.

Qualifications

Requires BA/BS in science, engineering or related field.
Associate Project Specialist: BA/BS in science, engineering or related field.
Project Specialist: BA/BS in science, engineering or related field and 2 years of proven experience.
Senior Project Specialist: BA/BS in science, engineering or related field and 5 years of proven experience.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Responsibilities

Acts as a first point-of-contact for department members at all levels who encounter difficult-to-solve problems and works to prevent or minimize these.
Drives projects to completion on time and within regulatory guidelines.
Develops and maintains a technical understanding of all departmental operations.
Builds relationships with multi-disciplinary teams and external groups to involve SMEs and achieve tasks.
