Job summary

You will lead mid-to-large projects, manage startups and site acceptance, and supervise design reviews and contractor activities. The role requires a Bachelor's in Chemical or Biochemical Engineering and 5+ years of project engineering experience; experience with cGMP equipment and process control systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of project/process engineering experience for Senior level; 8+ for Principal level.
• Experience with biopharmaceutical process equipment preferred.
• Strong understanding of process control systems and automation.
• Experience planning and tracking project activities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Design and specify cGMP process equipment, piping, and controls with engineering documentation.
• Manage mid-to-large projects for process equipment and clean utilities, including start-up and site acceptance.
• Lead design reviews and installation of equipment.
• Prepare PFDs and2D piping layouts and support QA/Validation with design docs.
• Investigate equipment anomalies and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise mechanical, electrical, and automation contractors.
