Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years combined education and experience in construction management, architecture, planning, engineering, environmental science, ecology, natural resource management or related fields.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Background check and pre-employment physical required.
• Preferred: Construction Management degree or PMI-certified credential.
• Experience coordinating construction, habitat restoration, trails, and facility improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership and coordinate interdisciplinary infrastructure, construction, capital, restoration, and environmental projects.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, internal and external communication, and readiness for implementation.
• Facilitate cross-workgroup collaboration among design, permitting, engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance teams.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource constraints; manage delays and safety concerns.
• Track progress and maintain documentation to ensure transparency and alignment with departmental priorities.
• Integrate field knowledge and asset conditions into project sequencing and design adjustments.
• Ensure projects reflect whole-property needs and long-term stewardship goals.
