Edlon, a unit of the GMM Pfaudler Group, seeks a Project Manager in Avondale, PA to lead major customer projects from inception to delivery. You will drive cross-functional execution with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 8–15 years in engineered-to-order manufacturing, with a business degree and MBA preferred.

Formación

• Business degree plus strong technical background and project-management experience.
• MBA preferred for advanced leadership and strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic customer projects from quote to delivery.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and customers.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, risks, and success criteria.
• Monitor budgets and profitability; manage scope changes and change orders.
• Provide regular project dashboards and status updates to leadership.
