GMM Pfaudler Group is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst for Edlon in Avondale, PA. You will lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, partnering with Finance VP and GM to support monthly reports and strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes cost accounting, standard costing, working capital management, and working with ERP systems to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3-6 years of FP&A, manufacturing finance, cost accounting or corporate finance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing environment with cost accounting, forecasting, budgeting/planning and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present financial information to senior leadership and non-financial stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly forecasting, annual budget development, and long-range planning.
• Analyze monthly financial performance; identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare variance analyses comparing actuals to budget/forecast/prior year.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and investments.
• Provide insights on revenue, profitability, margins, labor, overhead, and EBITDA.
