Job summary

AKG is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial projects. You will align cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and quality to meet scope, schedule, and budget while driving customer value and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes strong communication, risk management, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business in related field.
• 5+ years of project-management experience in automotive/industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Strong ability to manage cross-functional projects, align with business objectives, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects across AKG's Industrial Division with clear objectives, timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, schedule, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, R&D, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and external customers to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
