Qualifications

• 8–15 years in engineered-to-order manufacturing.
• Project leadership of large industrial products.
• Manufacturing and Engineering experience.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall projects from quote through customer acceptance and delivery.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Customers.
• Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Escalate issues to maintain commitments and drive mitigation.
• Monitor risks and change orders with cross-functional teams.
