Job summary

Strada Education Foundation in Washington, DC seeks a Project Manager, Quality Coaching to translate strategy into integrated plans and provide disciplined operational leadership across grants, contracts, resources, and operating rhythms.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Quality Coaching, you will drive milestones, dashboards, and workflows, collaborate with portfolio leaders and partners in Grants Management, Finance, Legal, Communications, and Talent, and ensure timely execution with

Qualifications

• Three+ years in operations, program or project management, business operations, or grants administration.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Experience overseeing grants and contracts workflows, reporting, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated operating plan for the Quality Coaching portfolio with milestones, owners, and timelines.
• Coordinate grants and contracts operations, including documentation, approvals, and reporting.
• Manage team operations, calendars, meetings, and executive communications.
